Prior to founding CapEos, Eric held senior positions over a 16-year financial executive career covering the full PE spectrum, i.e., both for institutional investors (EBRD - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), and for fund managers (AIG Investments, DaVinci Capital).
Eric holds a PhD from UC Berkeley (Transportation Economics), and MS degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris - Engineering), ENAC (Toulouse - Engineering) and Toulouse School of Economics (Mathematical Economics).
Paola is an expert on private equity and venture capital in emerging markets and Europe, with more than 30 years of fund of funds investment and advisory experience. Her strategic advice is regularly sought by fund managers, institutional investors and government agencies.
Prior to starting her advisory career, Paola spent 24 years with the European Investment Bank, and worked for Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg.
Paola holds a BA, Humanities with Classical Studies (First Class Honours) from the Open University, UK.

Ludovic is an Associate Professor of Finance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, who specialises in PE. He routinely speaks/writes at conferences and in the media
(The Economist, Financial Times, NY Times), and has already worked with several leading institutional investors.
He holds degrees in Economics and in Mathematical Finance from Toulouse School of Economics and from the University of Southern California, and a PhD in Finance from INSEAD.
Emmanuel Blouin
Founder, Esterel Capital
Although this is not a key focus for us, we may from time to time assist on real estate fundraising mandates, most of the time together with Emmanuel.
Emmanuel is the owner of Esterel Capital, a London-based boutique providing Investment and Advisory services in real estate and finance. which he founded in 2008 after several years at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase and BNP Paribas.

Emmanuel is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Based in Johannesburg, Johnny represents CapEos on the African continent.
He is a seasoned private equity executive with over 30 years emerging markets experience, including both as a GP (5 years at Zebu Investment Partners) and as an LP (10 years with IFU, the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries).
Johnny holds a Certificate of Business Administration (CBA) from AVT Business School, a Project Finance Masterclass from The International Faculty of Finance, NLP Business Master Practitioner from Patterns of Excellence; and a Master of Science (Economics & Mathematics) from the University of Southern Denmark.
