Prior to founding CapEos, Eric held senior positions over a 16-year financial executive career covering the full PE spectrum, i.e., both for institutional investors (EBRD - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), and for fund managers (AIG Investments, DaVinci Capital).
Eric holds a PhD from UC Berkeley (Transportation Economics), and MS degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris - Engineering), ENAC (Toulouse - Engineering) and Toulouse School of Economics (Mathematical Economics).
Based in Johannesburg, Johnny represents CapEos on the African continent.
He is a seasoned private equity executive with over 30 years emerging markets experience, including both as a GP (5 years at Zebu Investment Partners) and as an LP (10 years with IFU, the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries).
Johnny holds a Certificate of Business Administration (CBA) from AVT Business School, a Project Finance Masterclass from The International Faculty of Finance, NLP Business Master Practitioner from Patterns of Excellence; and a Master of Science (Economics & Mathematics) from the University of Southern Denmark.
Marianne is the Regulatory Consultant of CapEos, responsible for compliance.
She set up Bougeville in 2012 to provide services to clients in the Private Equity and Hedge Funds industry. Marianne has spent a total of over 20 years in financial services, with prior experience at investment banks Barclays Capital and Nomura.
From 2012 to 2014, Financial News voted her among its “40 under 40 Rising Stars in Hedge Fund Management”. She has served on the investment committee of her Oxford College and given conferences at the House of Lords on Ethics in Financial Services, a topic she feels passionate about.
She is American and French and graduated from Oxford.

Ludovic is an Associate Professor of Finance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, who specialises in PE. He routinely speaks/writes at conferences and in the media
(The Economist, Financial Times, NY Times), and has already worked with several leading institutional investors.
He holds degrees in Economics and in Mathematical Finance from Toulouse School of Economics and from the University of Southern California, and a PhD in Finance from INSEAD.
Eliott will most of the time be the first port of call for anyone enquiring about CapEos' business, directing calls to the relevant other team members.
Eliott is currently studying at University College in London towards a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and holds a Baccalauréat from the Lycée Français de New York
