Prior to founding CapEos, Eric held senior positions over a 16-year financial executive career covering the full PE spectrum, i.e., both for institutional investors (EBRD - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), and for fund managers (AIG Investments, DaVinci Capital).
Eric holds a PhD from UC Berkeley (Transportation Economics), and MS degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris - Engineering), ENAC (Toulouse - Engineering) and Toulouse School of Economics (Mathematical Economics).

Ludovic is an Associate Professor of Finance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, who specialises in PE. He routinely speaks/writes at conferences and in the media
(The Economist, Financial Times, NY Times), and has already worked with several leading institutional investors.
He holds degrees in Economics and in Mathematical Finance from Toulouse School of Economics and from the University of Southern California, and a PhD in Finance from INSEAD.

Clients of CapEos requiring substantial assistance with their marketing materials or in need of other advisory services may be referred to Anne-Maree, who will undertake assignments on a parallel basis via her own company, Watledge Consulting. This provides the Managers with comprehensive and integrated materials that clearly articulate their fund offering to prospective investors.
Anne-Maree was previously Director of Private Equity at CDC Group Plc and a fund manager at Morley Fund Management. She holds an MA degree (History) from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Russian and Japanese) from the University of Auckland.
